Your Photos Stay Yours

We do not claim any ownership over the photos or artwork you upload. You retain full copyright and ownership of any image you upload to Print Katha.

By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing the print or product you ordered — we do not use your uploaded photos for marketing, resell them, or share them beyond what's needed to fulfil your order, without your explicit permission.

Third-Party Content You Upload

If you upload a photo you don't own the rights to — a professional photograph, someone else's artwork, a copyrighted image — you're responsible for having the necessary permission to print it. See our Personalization Policy for more on this.

Reporting a Concern

If you believe an order placed through Print Katha infringes your intellectual property rights, write to support@printkatha.com with details and we will investigate promptly.
