Every order is printed and packed at our Pune factory before it's handed to our courier partner. Here's what to expect after checkout.

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation from our Pune plant. Larger or bulk orders, and products with multiple production steps (such as multi-panel wall art or LED frames), may take a little longer — this is shown on the product page before you order.
We ship pan-India through our courier partners. Typical delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days depending on your location, with metro cities generally on the faster end of that range.
Canvas, acrylic and framed prints are packed with corner protection and rigid outer packaging to prevent damage in transit. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier and contact us with photos within 48 hours — see our Refund & Cancellation policy.
You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also check order status from your account on printkatha.com.
If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, or an attempted delivery fails, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
