How you pay for a Print Katha order, and how that payment is secured and invoiced.

Orders are paid for online at checkout through our payment gateway, which supports:
Full payment is collected at the time of placing the order. Production only begins once payment is confirmed — this keeps quoted prices and turnaround times accurate for every order.
All payments are processed on our payment gateway's own secure, PCI-DSS compliant page. Your card number, CVV and net-banking credentials are entered there, not on printkatha.com, and Print Katha never sees or stores them.
A GST invoice is generated for every order and made available with your order confirmation. If you need the invoice raised to a business name and GSTIN, add those details in the order notes or contact us before the order is shipped.
If a payment fails or stays pending, the order is not confirmed and production does not begin. If an amount was debited from your account for a failed transaction, it is automatically reversed by the payment gateway/bank, typically within 5–7 business days.
For any payment or invoicing question, write to support@printkatha.com.
