What We Collect
To process an order we collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and the photos or design files you upload for printing.
- Account details — name, email, phone number
- Order details — shipping address, size/material selections, quantity
- The photo(s) or image file(s) you upload for a print or personalized product
- Payment confirmation data from our payment gateway (we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves)
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and device/browser type, used to keep the site working correctly
How We Use Your Photos
Photos you upload are used solely to produce the print or personalized product you ordered. They are shared internally with our production team for printing, quality checks, and packing, and are not sold, licensed, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Uploaded photos are retained for a limited period after your order is fulfilled, in case a reprint or quality issue needs to be resolved, and are deleted thereafter unless you ask us to keep them for a repeat order.
How We Use Your Personal Information
- To process, produce and ship your order
- To send order confirmations, dispatch updates and support replies
- To respond to questions raised via WhatsApp, email or the contact form
- To improve the site and prevent fraud or abuse
Payment Information
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered directly on the gateway's secure page — Print Katha does not receive or store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share only what's needed to fulfil your order: your name/address with our courier partner for delivery, and payment confirmation with our payment gateway. We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded photos.
Your Choices
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- You can ask us to delete an uploaded photo once your order is complete
- You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time
