Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to print, every photo you upload. This includes photos of other people, professional photography, and images sourced online.
- Do not upload photos you don't have the rights to print
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
- We reserve the right to decline to print an upload that appears to violate the above
Image Quality
Larger prints need higher-resolution source photos to look sharp. Our upload tool checks your photo against the size you've selected and will flag it if the resolution is too low for a crisp print — you're free to proceed anyway, but we recommend using the highest-resolution version of the photo you have.
Colours in the finished print can vary slightly from what you see on your screen, due to normal differences between screen displays and print processes. This is expected and is not treated as a print defect.
Cropping, Repositioning & Preview
The preview you see while positioning and zooming your photo is a close approximation of the final print, not a pixel-perfect proof. Please review the crop and framing carefully before adding to cart — once an order enters production, the crop cannot be changed.
Order Changes
Because production starts shortly after payment is confirmed, changes to the uploaded photo, size or material can usually only be made within a short window after ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
How Long We Keep Your Photo
Uploaded photos are retained for a limited period after your order ships, in case a reprint is needed, and are deleted after that unless you ask us to keep them on file for a future order. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
